摘　　要：酒精依赖患者会对酒精的摄入产生强烈心理渴求、出现强迫性觅酒行为,从而导致其酒精戒断后的复饮复发。复饮复发的出现又会进一步严重影响患者的身心健康和社会功能。近年来,能够降低酒精依赖患者心理渴求感的研究成果越来越多,本文对近5年相关治疗方法研究进展进行了总结归纳,以期为降低酒精依赖者心理渴求感采取针对性干预及有效治疗方案提供参考。Alcohol-dependent patients will have strong psychological desire for alcohol intake and compulsive alcoholseeking behavior,which will lead to relapse after alcohol withdrawal.The occurrence of relapse will further seriously affect the physical and mental health and social function of the patients.In recent years,there are more and more researches on the treatment of psychological craving.The purpose of this paper is to review the relevant research progress in order to provide some references for the targeted intervention and effective treatment of psychological craving in alcohol-dependent patients.
