摘　　要：目的:探究利福平注射液应用在肺结核患者治疗中的效果。方法:随机选择2019年1月-2021年1月枣庄市肿瘤医院治疗的90例肺结核患者实施研究,采用数字表法将患者分为参照组与研究组,各45例,参照组给予利福平胶囊口服治疗,研究组给予利福平注射液静脉滴注,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:经用药治疗后,两组患者白介素-6、白介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α均降低,研究组各项炎症因子水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组药物起效时间、治疗周期短于参照组,药物吸收率高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利福平注射液应用在肺结核患者治疗中通过静脉滴注方式给药,有效地保证了药物浓度,并且直接对病灶进行作用,提高了药物吸收率与利用率,促使药效最快发挥作用,改善了患者临床症状,使患者早日康复。Objective:To explore the effect of rifampicin injection in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Zaozhuang Cancer Hospital were randomly selected for the implementation of the study.According to number table method,the patients were divided into reference group and study group with 45 cases in each group.The reference was given rifampicin injection by oral administration,and the study group was given rifampicin injection by intravenous drip.Clinical treatment effects of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After drug treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time and treatment cycle of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the drug absorption rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,rifampicin injection is given by intravenous drip,which can ensure the drug concentration effectively and act on the focus directly,so as to improve the drug absorption rate and utilization rate,promote the effect of drugs in the fastest manner,improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the early recovery of the patients.
