摘　　要：目的:探讨分析血清N端前体脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平在心功能不全中的诊断价值。方法:采用随机抽样调查的方法,选取2019年1月-2021年8月在宜城市人民医院进行治疗的心功能不全患者60例为本次研究的试验组,40例健康体检者为本次研究的对照组,并对两组患者血清NT-proBNP水平进行检测及比较,探究其与心功能分级的相关性。结果:试验组各级患者血清NT-proBNP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组各级患者血清NT-proBNP水平两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清NT-proBNP水平可以作为临床诊断心功能不全的重要参考指标之一,并与以往临床上常用的用于评估患者病情严重程度的指标相结合,达到优化临床心功能不全患者检验心功能水平,改善临床心功能不全患者预后的目的。Objective:To investigate and analyze the diagnostic value of serum N-terminal precursor brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level in cardiac insufficiency.Methods:Using the method of random sampling survey,60 patients with cardiac insufficiency who were treated in Yicheng People's Hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the experimental group of this study and 40 healthy examination people were selected as the control group of this study.The serum NT-proBNP levels of the two groups were detected and compared to explore its correlation with cardiac function classification.Results:The serum NT-proBNP levels of patients at all levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in serum NT-proBNP levels of patients at all levels in the experimental group by paired comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum NT-proBNP level can be used as one of the important reference indicators for clinical diagnosis of cardiac insufficiency,and it can be combined with the indicators commonly used to evaluate the severity of patients'disease,so as to optimize the detection of cardiac function in patients with clinical cardiac insufficiency and achieve the goal of improving the prognosis of patients with clinical cardiac insufficiency.
