清水自密实混凝土墙体表观质量工程研究

摘  要:采用了数字图像分析对不同配合比及模板成型的清水自密实混凝土墙体表观质量进行了量化表征,实现了关于自密实混凝土配合比以及不同模板在多次周转时对墙体表面质量影响规律的系统化实验研究。结果表明,粗集料体积率达0.40时混凝土墙体表面质量最佳。体积砂率过低时混凝土离析率高导致色差较大,体积砂率过高时易产生大气泡,最佳体积砂率为0.47。适量使用矿物掺合料可减少气泡数量,但掺量过度导致的高粘度会阻碍气泡排出。矿渣微粉较粉煤灰具有更强的颜色提亮效果,最佳矿渣微粉掺量为25%,最佳粉煤灰掺量为20%。采用铝合金模板成型墙体较采用木模板具有更佳的质量稳定性。A digital image analysis method has been adopted to quantify the results and achieved systematic experimental research on the influence of mixing proportion and mold cycles to apparent quality.The results indicate that concrete shows the best apparent effect with a 0.4 coarse aggregate volume ratio.The optimum sand volume ratio is 0.47,while a too low sand volume ratio leads to a high color deviation and a too high sand volume ratio leads to big pores.The brighten effect of ground granulated blast furnace slag is higher than that of fly ash.Within a certain dosage range,mineral admixture could reduce the number of pores but adverse to discharge the bubbles in concrete with a too high dosage.The optimum GGBS dosage is 25%and the optimum fly ash dosage is 20%.When the molds are turned around multiple times,aluminum alloy mold showed better quality stability.
