摘  要:高压气态储氢将是氢燃料电池船舶发展初期储氢技术的主流方案,作者通过数值模拟研究的方式,对船舶燃料电池高压储氢罐充注过程的产热及传热情况进行了研究。以70MPa,72L的Ⅲ型高压储氢罐为研究对象,分别建立CFD二维轴对称模型、三维模型,研究充注过程的产热及传热情况。结果表明,储氢罐的充注过程中会产生较大的温升并容易出现局部的温度聚集情况,并且在此过程不可忽视重力造成的影响。文中所得结论可为实际的船用储氢罐的安全、高效充注提供一定的指导。High pressure gaseous hydrogen storage will be the mainstream scheme of hydrogen storage technology in the early stage of the development of hydrogen fuel cell ships.In this paper,the heat generation and heat transfer during the filling process of marine fuel cell high pressure hydrogen storage tanks are studied by means of numerical simulation.This study takes 70MPa,72L typeⅢhigh-pressure hydrogen storage tank as the research object,establishes CFD twodimensional axisymmetric model and three-dimensional model respectively,and studies the heat generation and heat transfer in the filling process.The results show that there will be a large temperature rise and local temperature accumulation in the filling process of hydrogen storage tank,and the influence of gravity can not be ignored in this process.The conclusions obtained in this paper can provide some guidance for the safe and efficient filling of marine hydrogen storage tank.
