已根除Hp的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者红细胞免疫功能研究

摘　　要：目的探讨已根除Hp的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者红细胞免疫防御机制变化。方法从2019年12月—2020年12月在通许县中医院接受健康体检人群中随机选择96例作为对照组(未伴发慢性萎缩性胃炎),并从同一时间段中选择96例接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为观察组。测定两组红细胞补体受体1(CR1)、CD44水平,另对观察组患者行四联疗法治疗。采集观察组患者根除Hp治疗前、根除Hp治疗后CR1、CD44水平与对照组间差异。结果观察组根除前CR1及CD44水平显著低于观察组根除后及对照组(P<0.05),而观察组根除后与对照组相比则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组根除前C3bRR、TRR水平显著低于观察组根除后及对照组(P<0.05),而观察组根除后与对照组相比则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组根除前ICR水平显著高于观察组根除后及对照组(P<0.05),而观察组根除后与对照组水平相比则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论已根除Hp感染的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者红细胞免疫功能有所提升。Objective To investigate the mechanism changes of red blood cell immune defense in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis that has eradicated Hp.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,96 healthy people were selected as control group(without chronic atrophic gastritis),and 96 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in the hospital from the same time period were selected as the observation group.The levels of erythrocyte complement receptor 1(CR1)and CD44 were measured in both groups.The patients in observation group were treated with quadruple therapy.After treatment,compare differences between observation group CR1 and CD44 levels before and after Hp treatment and the control group.Results Before CR1 and CD44 levels were significantly lower in the observation group than that of eradication and the control group(P<0.05).After eradication,compared with that of control group(P>0.05);The C3 bRR and TRR levels in the observation group were significantly lower than that of after eradication and control group(P<0.05),after eradication,compared with that of the control group(P>0.05);The ICR level before eradication was significantly higher than that of after eradication and control groups(P<0.05),there was no statistical significance between observation group and control group after eradication(P>0.05).Conclusion The immune function of patients was improved after eradication.
