摘　　要：过敏性结膜炎是过敏性眼病中最常见的类型之一,治疗以缓解临床症状为目标。通过回顾近5年过敏性结膜炎的中西医治疗方法发现,辨证使用中药、脏腑论治及针灸等中医特色治疗取得了良好的疗效,局部用药及脱敏疗法是西医治疗的主要有效手段。中医和西医治疗皆有其优势与不足,为取得更满意的临床疗效,选择中西医结合治疗可有效缩短病程、降低复发率及改善预后。从长远发展看,中西医结合治疗过敏性结膜炎将会形成完整的体系,在临床上广泛使用。Allergic conjunctivitis is one of the most common types of allergic ophthalmopa⁃thy.The goal of treatment is to alleviate clinical symptoms.By reviewing the treatment methods of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for allergic conjunctivitis in the past 5 years,it is found that those characteristic treatment methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine including the application of Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation,the treatment of Zang-fu or⁃gans,and acupuncture and moxibustion have achieved good curative effects,while local medica⁃tion and desensitization therapy are the main effective means of Western Medicine.Both Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine have their advantages and disadvantages.In order to obtain a more satisfactory clinical effect,we can choose the treatment of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine to effectively shorten the course of disease,reduce the re⁃currence rate and improve the prognosis.In the long run,the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine will form a complete system and be widely used in clinic.
