摘 要:产教融合是当今高职教育培养人才的重要方式,从目前各高职院校的教学改革情况来看,仍存在诸多问题,如校企之间责任和义务不明确,课程设置合理性存在偏差。该文将从高职汽车技术人才培养现状出发,探讨学校和企业双向人才培养模式,实现“互联网+”时代下汽车技术的产教融合,以期为新世纪的汽车行业提供高技能技术人才。The integration of production and education is an important way to cultivate talents in today's higher vocational education.Judging from the current teaching reform of various higher vocational colleges,there are still many problems,such as unclear responsibilities and obligations between schools and enterprises,and the rationality of curriculum settings.There is a deviation.This paper will start from the current situation of the training of automotive technical talents in higher vocational colleges,discuss the two-way talent training model between schools and enterprises,and realize the integration of production and education of automotive technology in the“Internet+”era,in order to provide high-skilled technical talents for the automotive industry in the new century.
