摘　　要：目的研究卵巢癌组织蛋白激酶CK2β表达与卵巢病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)恩泽医院2014年2月—2017年2月98例卵巢癌患者临床资料,取卵巢癌组织与癌旁组织病理活检标本,行免疫组化检测。记录蛋白激酶CK2β表达情况,比较不同蛋白激酶CK2β表达水平患者临床病理特点(FIGO肿瘤分期、分化程度、化疗敏感性、组织分型、肿瘤直径)。随访记录98例患者3年无进展生存率和总生存率。采用Cox风险模型分析影响卵巢癌患者3年无进展生存率和总生存率的独立因素。结果98例患者癌组织与癌旁组织蛋白激酶CK2β表达情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌组织阳性表达率为84.69%,显著高于癌旁组织的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢癌癌组织CK2β阴性、CK2β低表达及CK2β高表达3组患者FIGO、化疗敏感性及分化程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中CK2β高表达组肿瘤分期显著高于低表达组和阴性组,化疗敏感性差于其他两组,分化程度低于其他两组(P<0.05)。3组患者年龄、体质指数(BMI)、组织分型及肿瘤直径差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。CK2β高表达组3年无进展生存率和总生存率分别为21.43%和53.57%,显著低于CK2β阴性+CK2β低表达组的51.43%和72.86%,差异有统计学意义(Log rankχ^(2)=7.878,4.340;P=0.005,0.037)。Cox多因素风险回归模型分析结果显示FIGO肿瘤分期、化疗敏感性、肿瘤分化程度、CK2β及治疗方式均是影响患者3年无进展生存率的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。FIGO肿瘤分期、分化程度及CK2β表达是卵巢癌3年总生存率的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌组织蛋白激酶CK2β与肿瘤病理密切相关,是影响患者预后的独立因素。Objective To study the relationship between the expression of protein kinase CK2βand the pathological characteristics of ovarian cancer.Methods The clinical dataes of 98 patients with ovarian cancer in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were analyzed retrospectively,the pathological biopsy specimens of ovarian cancer and adjacent tissues were collected for immunohistochemical detection.The expression of protein kinase CK2βwas recorded and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with different expression levels of protein kinase CK2βwere compared(FIGO tumor stage,differentiation degree,chemosensitivity,tissue type,tumor diameter).The 3-year progression free survival rate and total survival rate of 98 patients were recorded.The Cox risk model was used to analyze the independent factors,which influenced the 3-year progression free survival rate and the total survival rate of ovarian cancer patients.Results There was significant difference in CK2βexpression between the cancer tissue and the adjacent tissue(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of cancer tissue was 84.69%,which was significantly higher than that of adjacent tissue of 21.43%(P<0.05).There were significant differences in FIGO,chemosensitivity and differentiation among the three groups of CK2βnegative,CK2βlow expression and CK2βhigh expression in ovarian cancer(P<0.05),the tumor stage of CK2βhigh expression group was significantly higher than that of low expression group and negative group,the chemosensitivity and the degree of differentiation of CK2βhigh expression group were lower than that of the other two groups among them(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in age,BMI,tissue type and tumor diameter among the three groups(P>0.05).The 3-year progression free survival rate and total survival rate of CK2βhigh expression group were 21.43%and 53.57%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of 51.43%and 72.86%in CK2βin negative+CK2βlow expression group,the difference were statistically significant
