我国医学专题库的演进历程、困境与发展策略研究

摘　　要：在新一轮信息技术发展所带来的战略机遇背景下,对专题资源数据库的演进历程与发展现状、困境进行系统地调查、梳理与分析,是推动我国文献信息资源保障体系变革的必要基础之一。文章以医学专题库为例,在回顾其发展演进历程的基础上,围绕医学专题库地理空间分布、建设主体分布及数据库类型、资源结构、访问方式与使用权限等方面展开系统调查,分析我国医学专题库发展所面临的“家底”不清、结构不均衡、建库质量低、发展可持续性不足、缺乏宏观协调与分工合作等困境。医学专题库未来的发展应从增强宏观统筹与行业协调、强化合作、优化结构布局、提高建库质量、优化长效发展机制等方面进行变革。Under the background of strategic opportunities brought about by the new round of information technology development, systematic investigation, sorting and analysis of the evolution process, development status and difficulties of thematic resource databases have been the necessary basis for promoting the reform of document information resource guarantee system in China.On the basis of reviewing the development history of the thematic databases of medicine, a systematic survey is conducted around the geospatial distribution, construction subject distribution, database types, resource structure, access modes and user’s authorities of the thematic database.The analysis shows the main difficulties that the thematic databases of China’s medicine face, such as unclear background, structural imbalance, low quality of repositories, insufficient sustainability of development, and lack of macro coordination and cooperation.The future development strategies are proposed in terms of strengthening macro coordination and industry coordination, enhancing cooperation, optimizing structure and layout, improving the quality of repositories, and optimizing long-term development mechanisms.
