摘 要:环卫垃圾车上料机械手是一种车载式垃圾桶内垃圾收集设备,由推出机构、抓取机构、提升反转机构、开合箱盖机构组成,采用液压驱动方式,以PLC作为控制器。根据系统整体的流程,保证各个机构动作相互协调,设计出系统的液压系统原理图,对各个子系统的工作原理进行介绍,得出电磁铁的动作顺序。绘制出控制系统的流程图,分配输入输出接口,设计PLC控制接线图,编写控制梯形图程序。最终,通过环卫垃圾车上料机械手的自动化控制,实现垃圾桶内垃圾的收集装车。Sanitation garbage truck material manipulator is a kind of garbage collection equipment in the truck garbage can,which is composed of pushing mechanism,grasping mechanism,lifting and reversing mechanism,opening and closing box cover mechanism.It adopts hydraulic drive mode and PLC as controller.According to the overall process of the system,to ensure that the movement of each mechanism is coordinated with each other,the hydraulic system schematic diagram of the system is design,the working principle of each subsystem is introduced,and the action sequence of the electromagnet is obtained.The flow chart of the control system is drawn,the input and output interfaces are allocated,the PLC control wiring diagram is designed,the control lad⁃der diagram program is written.Finally,the garbage collection and loading in the garbage can can be realized through the automatic control of the material manipulator of the sanitation garbage truck.
