脊髓电刺激治疗脊髓空洞症疼痛:1例报道及文献复习

摘　　要：本文报道1例脊髓空洞症疼痛患者的诊疗经过。患者来我院就诊之前,曾接受口服阿片类药物、局部神经阻滞等治疗,但疗效均不满意。考虑到患者疼痛范围较为局限,可以用电极刺激完全覆盖。所以,本团队探索性地使用脊髓电刺激(SCS)进行治疗,疗效显著且持久,提示SCS可能是治疗脊髓空洞症所引起的局限性神经病理性疼痛的一种新方法。The diagnosis and treatment of one patient with syringomyelia and local neuropathic pain are reported in this paper.Before coming to the hospital,the patient had received oral opioids,local nerve block and other treatments,but no satisfactory results.Considering the patient's pain range was relatively limited,and could be completely covered by electrodes stimulation,the spinal cord stimulation(SCS)to treat the patient's pain was explored.The patient showed significant and sustained improvement after the SCS,which suggests that SCS may be a new method for the treatment of localized neuropathic pain caused by syringomyelia.
