摘　　要：目的:分析小细胞肺癌(Small Cell Lung Cancer,SCLC)CT影像特征和相关性。方法:将2018年1月-2020年12月在我院进行CT检查的小细胞肺癌病患42例(经过手术病理确诊属小细胞肺癌)作研究对象,对其CT影像学特征和相关性进行分析。结果:所有病患中,属于周围性小细胞肺癌的有12例,占比28.57%,属于中央型小细胞肺癌的有30例,占比71.43%。其中,有19例病患并发纵隔和肺门淋巴转移,占比为45.24%,30例病患有大血管侵袭,占比为71.43%,6例病患存在上腔静脉侵袭,占比为14.29%,有1例病患属主动脉侵袭,占比为2.38%,有20例病患属于肺动脉侵袭,占比为47.62%。所有病患中,有10例病患涉及主支气管(23.81%),有30例病患涉及叶支气管(71.43%),有12例病患涉及段支气管(28.57%)。结论:对小细胞肺癌病患实施CT检查,可将其具体情况显示出来,且具有一定特点,分析CT影像特征,对诊断小细胞肺癌有积极作用。Objective:To analyze the CT image characteristics and correlation of small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods:A total of 42 small cell lung cancer patients(diagnosed as small cell lung cancer after surgery and pathology)who underwent CT examinations in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and their CT imaging features and correlations were analyzed.Results:Among all patients,12 cases belonged to peripheral small cell lung cancer,accounting for 28.57%,and 30 cases belonged to central small cell lung cancer,accounting for 71.43%.Among them,19 patients had mediastinal and hilar lymphatic metastasis,accounting for 45.24%,30 patients had large vessel invasion,accounting for 71.43%,and 6 patients had superior vena cava invasion,accounting for 14.29%,1 patient had aortic invasion,accounting for 2.38%,and 20 patients had pulmonary artery invasion,accounting for 47.62%.Among all patients,10 patients involved the main bronchus(23.81%),30 patients involved the leaf bronchus(71.43%),and 12 patients involved the segmental bronchus(28.57%).Conclusion:The CT examination of patients with small cell lung cancer can show their specific conditions and have certain characteristics.The CT image characteristics has a positive effect on the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer.
