摘 要:目前,前列腺穿刺活检常在影像学的辅助下进行,主要包括超声引导和磁共振(MRI)引导这两大类方法。系统性经直肠超声(TRUS)引导下活检被推荐为首先检查,在TRUS的基础上,多模态超声成像也已被用于前列腺穿刺活检中。随着多参数磁共振成像(mpMRI)的不断发展,MRI引导下前列腺活检逐渐被引入,主要包括认知融合、MRI-TRUS融合及直接MRI引导活检技术。本文主要介绍TRUS及MRI等相关新技术在前列腺穿刺活检中的应用及优缺点等。At present, prostate biopsy is often carried out with the assistance of imaging, including ultrasound-guided and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)-guided methods. Systematic transrectal ultrasound(TRUS)-guided biopsy is recommended as the first examination. On the basis of TRUS, multimodal ultrasound imaging has also been used in prostate biopsy. With the continuous development of multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging(mpMRI), MRI-guided prostate biopsy has been gradually introduced, including cognitive fusion, MRI-TRUS fusion and direct MRI-guided biopsy. This paper mainly introduces the application, advantages and disadvantages of new techniques such as TRUS and MRI in prostate biopsy.
