摘 要:高职教师专业发展是高职教育高质量发展和“双高计划”高质量建成的有力保障,是新时代推动职业教育现代化的基础。深入研究高职教师专业发展的影响因素,明确高职教师专业标准定位的新趋向,通过对国内外高职教师专业标准研制的分析,确定基于类型的高职教师专业发展标准框架。从制度建设、培养方法探索、岗位胜任力提升、教师帮扶、领军人才培养等视角,探索高职教师专业发展养成路径,将有力促进高职师资队伍高质量建设和发展。The professional development of higher vocational teachers is a strong guarantee for the high quality development of higher vocational education and the high quality construction of the“double high plan”,and is the basis of promoting the modernization of vocational education in the new era.Further study of the influence factors of teachers'professional development,the new trend for the professional standards positioning,through the analysis between domestic and abroad higher vocational teachers'professional standards,to determine the standard framework based on the types of higher vocational teachers'professional development,from the system construction,training methods exploration,leading talent training,tutorial system etc.Exploring the professional development path of higher vocational teachers will effectively promote the high-quality construction and development of higher vocational teachers.
