摘  要:目的了解护理专业学生的跨文化交际能力及其影响因素,以期为医学院校护理专业学生跨文化教育的完善与发展提供参考。方法2021年5月—7月,采用一般资料问卷和医学情景跨文化交际能力调查问卷对476名护理专业学生的跨文化交际能力进行问卷调查。结果护理专业学生跨文化交际能力总分为(137.6±28.8)分,性别、受教育层次、修读专业英语课程与人文类课程、希望开展跨文化交际课程、希望和外籍留学生交流为护理专业学生跨文化交际能力的影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释护理专业学生跨文化交际能力37.3%的变异度。结论护理专业学生的跨文化交际能力有待提高,高校应针对不同特征的护理专业学生,探索有效的教学方法和策略,以提升护理专业学生的跨文化交际能力。Objective To explore the intercultural communication competence of nursing students and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods From May to July in 2021,a total of 476 nursing students were surveyed on their intercultural communication competence by general information questionnaire and medical situational intercultural communication competence questionnaire.Results The total score of intercultural communication competence of nursing students was(137.6±28.8).Gender,educational level,professional English and humanities courses,desire for cross-cultural communication courses and communicate with foreign students were the main influencing factors of intercultural communication competence of nursing students(all P<0.05),which could explain 37.3%of total variation.Conclusion The intercultural communication competence of nursing students needs to be improved.Colleges and universities should explore effective teaching methods and strategies for nursing students with different characteristics to improve the intercultural communication competence.
