不同器械预备根管在隐裂性牙髓炎治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究不同器械预备根管在隐裂性牙髓炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月收治的450例隐裂性牙髓炎患者为研究对象,根据简单随机化法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组225例。对照组采用不锈钢K锉预备根管,试验组采用Protaper机用镍钛预备系统预备根管。比较两组的治疗效果、根管填充效果、根管预备时间、疼痛评分、并发症发生情况及治疗满意度。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为99.11%,高于对照组的92.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的超充率、欠充率低于对照组,适充率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的根管预备时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率为2.67%,低于对照组的7.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的89.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于不锈钢K锉预备根管,Protaper机用镍钛预备系统预备根管应用于隐裂性牙髓炎的治疗中能够提高患者的治疗效果及根管填充效果,缩短根管预备时间,减轻疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗满意度,且安全性高,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To explore the application effect of root canal preparation with different instruments in the treatment of cracked pulpitis.Methods A total of 450 patients with cracked pulpitis treated from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to simple randomization method,with 225 cases in each group.The control group used stainless steel K file to prepare root canals,and the experimental group used Protaper machine with nickel titanium preparation system to prepare root canals.The treatment effect,root canal filling effect,root canal preparation time,pain score,occurrence of complications and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 99.11%,which was higher than 92.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overcharge rate and undercharge rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the adequate rate was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The root canal preparation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.67%,which was lower than 7.56%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 89.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with stainless steel K file to prepare root canals,Protaper machine with nickel titanium preparation system to prepare root canals applied in the treatment of cracked pulpitis can improve the treatment effect and root canal filling effect of patients,short
