摘  要:本文建立QuEChERS前处理法结合气相色谱质谱法同时测定蔬菜中溴虫腈、丁烯氟虫腈和溴螨酯残留的分析方法。溴虫腈、丁烯氟虫腈和溴螨酯在5.00~200μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于等于0.999;检出限在0.002~0.005μg·kg^(-1)范围内,3个不同浓度水平的加标回收率为88.0%~110.0%,6次测试结果的相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法前处理操作简单快速,检出限低,检测结果精密度度和准确性好,可用于蔬菜样品中微量溴虫腈、丁烯氟虫腈和溴螨酯等农药残留的检测。A method was established for the determination of the residues of bromofenil,butenfipronil and bromocaryl in vegetables by QuEChERS pretreatment combined with GC-MS.The linear range of bromofenil,butenfipronil and bromofenil was 5.00~200μg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients were≥0.999.The detection limits were in the range of 0.002~0.005μg·kg^(-1).The recoveries were 88.0%~110.0%at three different concentration levels.The relative standard deviations of 6 test results were all less than 5%.The method has the advantages of simple and rapid pretreatment,low detection limit and good precision and accuracy.It can be used for the determination of trace pesticide residues in vegetable samples,such as bromofenil,butenfipronil and bromocaryl.
