中医心理调护在医学院校学生心理健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：进入新时代,培养大学生心理健康素养是高校心理健康教育工作的目标,医学院校的学生受专业性质的影响,往往出现更多的心理障碍。中医学是中国传统文化,是中华民族的文化瑰宝,其中基于中医学理论的情志调护思想,包括“治未病”的预防思想、“恬淡虚无”的养生思想,“整体观念”的调节思想、“七情调护”的平衡思想,均蕴含着中国传统文化的深厚底蕴,有着丰富的内容和成果,与大学生心理健康教育工作存在许多相通之处,将其应用于大学生的心理健康教育具有重要的实践意义。因此运用中医思想对医学院校的学生进行心理调护,在医学院校具有得天独厚的优势和作用,发挥中西医优势,亟待进一步推广和挖掘。In the new era,cultivating college students’mental health literacy is the goal of college mental health education.Students in medical colleges are affected by the nature of their profession,and they often have more psychological barriers.Traditional Chinese medicine is a traditional Chinese culture and a cultural treasure of the Chinese nation.Among them,the sentimental care thinking based on the theory of Chinese medicine includes the preventive thinking of“preventive treatment”,the healthy thinking of“quietness and nothingness”,and the conditioning thinking of“holistic concept”.The adjustment thought of“seven emotions and nursing”contains the profound background of Chinese traditional culture,with rich content and achievements and has many similarities with the mental health education of college students.It is of great practical significance to apply it to college students’mental health education.Therefore,the application of traditional Chinese medicine in psychological care of medical college students has unique advantages and functions,better play to the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and it is urgent to further promote and excavate.
