摘　　要：文章旨在通过回溯“枢机”理论渊源,立足中医经典,探析“肝为枢机”的理论依据。从肝脏的生理特性、病理特点、功能及与相关脏腑的关系进行分析,以肝为出入之枢、升降之枢、阴阳之枢、水火之枢着眼,进一步阐述“肝为枢机”的基本内涵,强调肝脏通过气机疏泄,上下通调,对脏腑精、气、血、津液的枢纽作用,对临床以肝为枢、和调枢机治疗疾病提供新思路。Backing to the origin of the pivot theory,basing on the classics,this article is to explore the theoretical basis of“the liver as the pivot”.From the analysis of the liver’s characteristic,functions and its relationship with related viscera,this paper further expounds the basic connotation of“liver as the pivot”by taking the liver as the pivot of entrance and exit,the pivot of ascending and descending,the pivot of yin and yang,and the pivot of water and fire.This article emphasizes that the liver has a pivotal effect on the visceral essence,qi,blood and body fluid by dredging out the qi,taking the liver as the cardinal and regulating the cardinal mechanism to provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
