摘  要:目的教育部重点实验室是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,高等学校创新性人才的培养基地。文章就如何在新时期“三全育人”视域下,以中医脏象理论及应用教育部重点实验室为依托,探讨学生助理创新管理模式。充分发挥科研育人作用。方法以学生为中心,实践育人优势,科学引领学生助理深度参与重点实验室管理工作。结果全方位培养学生创新能力。结论初步构建适合中医药人才培养科研实践体系,为培养中医药创新型人才提供保障。Objective The key laboratory of the Ministry of Education is an important part of the national scientific and technological innovation system and a training base for innovative talents in colleges and universities.Based on the key laboratory of viscal theory and application of traditional Chinese medicine of The Ministry of Education,this paper discussed the innovative management mode of student assistants in the perspective of“three integrity education”in the new era,gave full play to the role of scientific research and education.Methods Taking student-centered,with the advantage of practical education,scientifically leading student assistants to deeply participate in the management of key laboratories was made.Results Students’innovation ability in an all-round way was cultivated.Conclusion A scientific research and practice system suitable for the talents training of traditional Chinese medicine has been initially established to guarantee the training of innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
