摘　　要：课程考试是教学过程中进行教学质量评价的主要手段。为了深入推动课程考试改革,逐步实现考试科学化、规范化及标准化,更为客观真实有效地反应学生的学和教师的教的成效,实现考教分离,建立规范、科学和实用的试题库就尤为重要。循证医学是医学院校临床医学、预防医学及其他绝大多数医学专业的必修的专业基础课程,为了方便学生的学习,教师的教学辅导,建立试题库就尤为重要。The course examination is the main means of teaching quality evaluation in the teaching process.In order to further promote the reform of curriculum examination,gradually realize the scientization,standardization and standardization of examination,more objectively and effectively reflect the effect of students’learning and teachers’teaching,and realize the separation of examination and teaching,it is particularly important to establish a standardized,scientific and practical examination database.Evidence based medicine is a compulsory basic course for clinical medicine,preventive medicine and most other medical majors in medical colleges and universities.In order to facilitate students’learning and teachers’teaching guidance,it is particularly important to establish a test bank.
