摘 要:目的探索CBL联合Seminar的教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取49名中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科轮转的住院医师规范化培训学员作为研究对象,其中研究组24人,采用CBL联合Seminar的教学模式;对照组25人,采用传统教学方法。结果研究组的基础理论知识成绩、病例讨论成绩、问诊成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);教学满意度问卷调查结果显示,研究组的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合Seminar教学模式能够明显提升妇产科住院医师规范化培训教学效果,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the training effect of CBL combined with Seminar teaching mode in the standardized training of residents of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Totally 49 standardized-training of resident physicians in department of obstetrics and gynecology of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group(n=24)adopted the CBL combined with Seminar teaching mode,and the control group(n=25)adopted the traditional regular training mode.Results The Results of theoretical examination,case analysis,and inquiry skill examination in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Results of teaching satisfaction questionnaire showed that the satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL combined with seminar teaching mode can improve the training effect of standardized training of residents of obstetrics and gynaecology,and is worthy to be popularized and applied.
