摘　　要：南齐民族关系思想具有承上启下的历史地位,齐高帝和齐武帝的“共伐魏虏”“柔远能迩”思想、孔稚珪等人的“通和”思想、王融的“来之以文德,赐之以副书”思想、范云的“抚以恩德”思想、顾欢“舍华效夷,义将安取”的理论观点,既是刘宋时期“修复旧境”思想的延续,又为萧梁时期“求通交好”思想的形成奠定了基础。这一时期的民族关系思想具有三个特点:一是以儒家思想为指导方针,二是以妥协让步为重要准则,三是以和平和好为基本目标。南齐民族关系思想大多适应了当时的民族关系现状,在实践中取得了显著成效。The thought on ethnic relations in the period of Southern Qi serves as a connecting link between the preceding thought and the following thought in history.There were various schools of thought at that time:Emperor Gao and Emperor Wu of Southern Qi advocated sending troops to suppress Northern Wei and pacifying faraway ethnic groups;Kong Zhigui put forward the idea of maintaining peaceful relations with them;Wang Rong proposed treating them with propriety and offering them classics;Fan Yun supported the idea of placating them with kindness;and Gu Huan held the theory of giving up things of Huaxia and adopting those of other ethnic groups.All those thoughts are not only the continuation of the thought of"restoring the old territory"in the Liu-Song Dynasty,but also laid the foundation for the formation of the thought of"promoting exchanges and good relations" in the Southern Liang period.The thoughts of ethnic relations in this period have three characteristics:Confucianism as the guidance;compromise as the principle;peace and reconciliation as the basic goal.Most of the thoughts on ethnic relations in Southern Qi adapted to the situation of the ethnic relations at that time and achieved remarkable results in practice.
