摘 要:发动机进气歧管的长度直接影响其性能的输出。利用GT-Power仿真软件模拟计算了进气歧管长度变化对发动机的输出扭矩、输出功率和燃油消耗率的影响。仿真结果表明:在选定的进气歧管长度范围内,随着管长的增加,发动机在低转速工况下的扭矩峰值增大,最大输出功率减小,扭矩峰值和功率峰值向低转速区靠近;在低转速工况下发动机燃油消耗率减小,在中高转速工况下燃油消耗率增大,燃油消耗率极值向低转速区移动。仿真结论可为发动机进气歧管长度优化设计提供参考。The length of intake manifold directly affects engine performance.The effects of intake manifold length variation on engine output torque, output power and fuel consumption rate were simulated and calculated by GT-Power software.The simulation results show that within the selected intake manifold length range, with the increase of intake manifold length, the peak torque of the engine increases at low-speed region, the maximum output power decreases, and the torque peak and power peak shift to the low-speed region.The fuel consumption rate of the engine decreases under low-speed operating conditions, and increases under middle and high speed operating conditions, and the extreme value of the fuel consumption rate shift to the low-speed region.The simulation results provide a reference for the optimization of engine intake manifold length.
