摘  要:为获取电磁阀半主动减振器更大可控制边界区域,基于TRIZ理论的新型创新原理,得出一种新型减振器,提升了电磁阀半主动减振器阻尼力值范围。利用流固耦合有限元分析的方法建立了固体仿真模型和流体仿真模型,在Adina后处理软件中求解,分别得到新型减振器流体压力场、速度场和减振器阻尼力-速度特性。新型减振器阻尼力值范围大于电磁阀半主动减振器,有助于半主动控制器获得更大边界条件,从而提高车辆的操控稳定性。In order to obtain a larger controllable boundary area of solenoid valve semi-active damper,based on the new innovation principle table and innovation principle of TRIZ theory,a new type of shock absorber was obtained,which improved the damping force range of solenoid valve semi-active shock absorber.The fluid-structure interaction finite element analysis method was used to establish the solid simulation model and fluid simulation model,which were solved in Adina post-processing software.The fluid pressure field,velocity field and damping force velocity characteristics of the new shock absorber were obtained respectively.The damping force range of the new shock absorber is larger than that of the solenoid valve semi-active damper,which helps the semi-active controller to obtain larger boundary conditions and improve the vehicle handling stability.
