摘　　要：习近平的人民主体论是群众史观在中国特色社会主义新时代的创造性运用和创新性发展,包含三个方面的内容:一是站稳人民立场,确立“一切为了人民”的观念。这既需要在思想上对人民群众深怀敬畏之心,把人民放在心中最高位置,更需要在实际工作中实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民根本利益。二是摆正党与人民群众的关系,坚持一切依靠人民。这既需要尊重人民的首创精神,为人民主人翁作用的发挥创造条件,也需要虚心向人民群众学习,从人民群众中汲取智慧和力量。三是坚持共同富裕方向,推动发展成果由全体人民共享。这既需要在共享的覆盖面上做到人人享有、各得其所,也需要在共享的内容上做到兼顾经济、政治、文化、社会、生态各个方面。Xi Jinping’s theory of the people’s principal status is a creative application and an innovative development of the mass view of historical materialism in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which contains three basic ideas:the first is to stand firm on the people’s stand,adhering to the concept of“all for the people”.This requires not only ideological respect for the people by putting them in the highest position in our hearts,but also the realization,maintenance,and development of the fundamental interests of the vast majority of the people in practical work.The second is to have correct understanding of the relationship between the Party and the people,by insisting that everything depends on the people.This requires not only respecting the people’s initiative and creating conditions for the people to play their role as masters,but also earnestly learning from the people and gaining wisdom and strength from the people.The third is to adhere to the direction of common prosperity,by promoting the sharing of development achievements among the people.This requires that everyone get his due in the sharing,and also need to take into account all aspects of economy,politics,culture,society and ecology in the shared content.
