摘  要:目的探讨呼吸与危重症医学科护士负性情绪、职业怠倦现状以及改善对策。方法纳入我院2019年4月—2020年4月呼吸与危重症医学科护士20名作为研究对象,对其负性情绪、职业怠倦现状进行调查,对比有无负性情绪者各方面的工作压力源量表评分差异,观察职业怠倦程度。结果调查研究结果显示,20名护士中有17名存在焦虑情况,占比率为85.00%,有16名存在抑郁情况,占比率为80.00%,无焦虑、抑郁情况者相对较少,分别占比15.00%和20.00%;存在焦虑和抑郁情绪者各方面的工作压力源量表均明显高于无焦虑及抑郁情绪者(P<0.05);17名存在焦虑情绪者及16名存在抑郁情绪者在情绪衰减、去人格化、个人成就感等三方面均明显高于Maslash常规(P<0.05)。结论呼吸与危重症医学科护士普遍存在较重的工作压力源,这导致其心理健康水平呈明显下降的趋势,常伴有焦虑和抑郁情绪等负性情绪,易引起职业怠倦,对于这方面管理者应根据护士具体状况,采取针对性的改善措施,旨在缓解护士工作压力,促进其心理健康水平恢复正常状态,避免职业怠倦程度加剧。Objective To explore the current situation and improvement countermeasures of negative emotion and occupational fatigue of nurses in respiratory and critical care department.Methods 20 nurses in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were included as the research objects.The current situation of negative emotion and occupational burnout were investigated.The scores of job stressors were compared between those with and without negative emotion,and the degree of occupational burnout was observed.Results The results of this group showed that 17 of the 20 nurses had anxiety,accounting for 85.00%,and 16 had depression,accounting for 80.00%.There were relatively few patients without anxiety and depression,accounting for 15.00% and 20.00% respectively.The work stressor scale of those with anxiety and depression was significantly higher than those without anxiety and depression(P<0.05);17 patients with anxiety and 16 patients with depression were significantly higher than maslash routine in emotion attenuation,depersonalization and personal achievement(P<0.05).Conclusions Nurses in respiratory and critical illness medical department generally have serious work stressors,which leads to an obvious downward trend in their mental health level,often accompanied by negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,which is easy to cause occupational fatigue.In this regard,managers should take targeted improvement measures according to the specific situation of nurses,in order to alleviate the work pressure of nurses,promote their mental health level to return to normal state and avoid the aggravation of occupational fatigue.
