摘 要:为实现挖掘机能量回收研究中作业工况的标准化,构建挖掘机典型作业工况。提出一种基于时间−功率关系的挖掘机作业工况表征方法,建立基于机载传感数据的挖掘机功率需求模型与动臂可回收功率模型,通过对大量作业数据的采集分析构建挖掘机两元作业工况大样本数据库。提出基于动臂运动状态的短循环作业工况划分方法与特征参数,通过K均值聚类算法结合作业工况数据转换建立作业短循环样本空间。采用极大似然估计与马尔科夫链方法构建以3类工况组合为特征的典型作业工况,并对其进行验证。研究结果表明:构建工况的负载最大功率偏差与动臂可回收最大功率偏差分别为7.81%和7.61%,特征参数平均偏差为4.26%,远低于10%的偏差要求。样本空间中动臂势能回收的综合节能潜力为22.56%。构建的典型工况能反映综合实际工况的一般特征,可为挖掘机能量回收研究中作业工况的标准化提供重要支撑。In order to realize the standardization of operating cycles in excavator energy recovery research,a typical operating cycle of excavator was constructed.A representation method of excavator operating cycle based on time power relationship was proposed,and the excavator power demand model and boom recoverable power model based on airborne sensor data were established.Through the collection and analysis of a large number of operation data,a large sample database of excavator binary operation conditions was constructed.Based on the motion state of the boom,the short cycle operation mode partition method and characteristic parameters were proposed.The K-means clustering algorithm was combined with the operation mode data transformation to establish the short cycle operation sample space.The maximum likelihood estimation and Markov chain method were used to construct the typical operation conditions characterized by the combination of three types of operation conditions,and the results were verified.The results show that the maximum power deviation between the load and the boom is 7.81%and 7.61%respectively,and the average deviation of characteristic parameters is 4.26%,which is obviously lower than the 10%deviation requirement.The comprehensive energy saving potential of boom potential energy recovery in the sample space is 22.56%.The typical operating cycle constructed can reflect the general characteristics of the actual operating cycle,and provide important support for the standardization of operating cycle in excavator energy recovery research.
