摘　　要：信息化的时代赋予党建新的使命,部分高校基层党组织也已经开发出了适合自己的智能化党建工作平台,有效地促进了党建工作的标准化,而带有基层特点的“三会一课”信息化、智能化、便捷化方面仍显空白。因此,本文采用易管理、覆盖广、跨平台的理念设计了一种基于微信小程序的高校基层党建平台。该平台融合了党员的教育、管理与考核等功能,促进了高校基层党建工作的高效性、智慧性和便捷性。The era of informatization has given universities a new mission for party building,and some grass-roots party organizations have also developed an intelligent party building work platform,which effectively promoted the standardization of party building work.However,the"Three Meetings and One Lesson"with the characteristics of grass-roots party organizations is still blank.Therefore,this paper adopts the concept of easy management,wide coverage and cross-platform to design a grass-roots party building platform for universities based on WeChat mini-program.The platform integrates the functions of education,management and assessment of party members,and promotes the efficiency,wisdom and convenience of grass-roots party building work in colleges and universities.
