摘  要:混凝土泵车工作时臂架末端振动较大,严重影响操作稳定性和安全性,因此针对混凝土泵车臂架结构的优化设计研究很有必要。以某型号混凝土泵车为研究对象,联合MATLAB软件和HyperWorks软件进行整车输送管激励载荷求解和施加,通过瞬态动响应仿真分析得到臂架末端振动。在原始模型上对臂架板厚和刚度进行修改,最终确定减振效果最明显的优化方案。通过实车打水试验对优化后的臂架减振效果进行检验,验证了该技术手段的可靠性,为混凝土泵车进一步减振研究和稳定性分析提供了方法。When the concrete pump truck is operating,the boom end vibration is large,which seriously affects the operation stability and safety,so it is necessary to study the structure optimization design of the concrete pump truck boom.Taking a type of concrete pump truck as the research object,the excitation load of the whole vehicle conveying pipe was solved and applied with MATLAB software and HyperWorks software,and the boom end vibration was obtained through transient dynamic response simulation analysis.The plate thickness and stiffness of the boom were modified on the original model,and the optimization scheme of the most obvious vibration reduction effect was finally determined.The vibration reduction effect of the optimized boom was tested through the water pumping test of the real vehicle,and the reliability of the technical means was verified,which provided a method for further vibration reduction research and stability analysis of the concrete pump truck.
