摘 要:传统的空气净化器主动性过弱,利用过滤吸附技术,需定期更换滤网维护,此外,静电除尘技术电极易吸附尘埃导致循环污染,在高压电离区易形成O3、正离子衍生污染物等,对身体健康有害。在此设计一款以STC89C51单片机为开发平台的智能的负离子空气净化器。它由传感器、控制器、显示器、风机、警报器和负离子发生器等部分组成,传感器将检测到的空气质量模拟信号转换成数字信号,再传送给单片机,单片机输出信号控制负离子发生器、风机等工作产生电子净化并进行排风处理。由于电子的固有特性,它会和空气中的粉尘结合形成负离子,然后迅速沉降。此净化器具有多种模式(自动、手动、睡眠、遥控等)转换、电机调速、负离子浓度调节等功能。能够实现空气的快速净化和急速净化,营造出森林般的空气环境,增强人体的抵抗力。起到空气净化的作用,在此将通过实验来逐步验证此净化器的合理性和可靠性。Traditional air purifiers are too weak in initiative and require regular replacement of the filter for maintenance by using filtration and adsorption technology.In addition,electrostatic dust removal technology is easy to absorb dust and lead to cyclic pollution,and O3 and positive ion derived pollutants are easily formed in the highpressure ionization area,which are harmful to health.In this design to STC89C51 MCU as the development platform of intelligent anion air purifier.It is composed of sensor,controller,display,fan,alarm and anion generator,the sensor will detect the air quality analog signal into a digital signal,and then transmitted to the MCU,MCU output signal control anion generator,fan and other work to produce electronic purification and exhaust treatment.Due to the intrinsic properties of electrons,they combine with dust in the air to form negative ions,which then quickly settle.This purifier has multiple modes(automatic,manual,sleep,remote control,etc.)conversion,motor speed regulation,negative ion concentration regulation and other functions.Can achieve rapid air purification and rapid purification,create a forest like air environment,enhance the resistance of the human body.Play the role of air purification,in this will gradually verify the rationality and reliability of the purifier through experiments.
