摘　　要：目的 探讨保妇康栓治疗低危型HPV6和HPV11感染的临床效果。方法 选择2016年3月至2018年3月我中心收治的低危型HPV6或HPV11感染患者90例,随机分为A组、 B组、 C组各30例。A组给予保妇康栓阴道给药治疗,B组采用干扰素栓阴道给药治疗,C组不用任何药物治疗。比较其临床疗效及安全性。结果 A组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于B组的60.00%和C组的40.00%(P <0.05)。A组、 B组治疗过程中外阴刺痛、阴道流血、外阴瘙痒、发热发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 保妇康栓治疗低危型HPV6和HPV11感染的近期疗效较好,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of low-risk HPV6 and HPV11infection.Methods 90 patients with low-risk HPV6 or HPV11 infection admitted to our center from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into groups A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was given vaginal administration of Baofukang suppository,group B was given vaginal administration of interferon suppository,and group C was not given any medication.The clinical efficacy and safety were compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was 93.33%,significantly higher than 60.00% of group B and 40.00% of group C(P 0.05).Conclusions Baofukang suppository has better short-term efficacy and higher safety in the treatment of low-risk HPV6 and HPV11 infection,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
