摘  要:随着社会的发展,人民对健康的需求日益提高,护理专业面临着新的挑战及机遇。为了培养高素质的护理人才以支撑东北经济的振兴,我们需要有高素质的教师队伍。针对高职护理专业人才培养的定位,“双师型”教师队伍的建设显得尤为重要。笔者针对护理专业“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题进行分析并提出了相应的对策。With the development of society and people's needs for health,the nursing specialty is facing new challenges and opportunities.In order to train high-quality nursing talents to support the revitalization of the Northeast economy,we need a team of high-quality teachers.Aiming at the orientation of nursing professional training in higher vocational colleges,the construction of double-qualified teachers is particularly important.It proposes corresponding countermeasures through analyzing the problems in the construction of double-qualified teachers in nursing specialty.
