摘  要:推进教师群体发展最重要的是涵育优良的校园文化。全文从达成统一的教育理念、构建亲近而和谐的师生关系、形成正面而多元的评价方式以及提供自主而高光的校本舞台四个方面论述了学校文化涵育促进教师群体发展的策略及其效果。Faculty development is not limited to individual development.The priority should go to exploring practical ways of group development,which is inseparable from diversified campus culture.By no means is this splendid culture equal to a system,nor can it simply be clarified by a single traditional project.Put it objectively,satisfying campus cultural cultivation results from accurate and advanced concept,close and harmonious relationship,positive and multi-functional assessment as well as a self-management platform established to bring out the highlights,all of which are also acknowledged as the avenue and strategy boosting the faculty development.
