高校思想政治工作视域下的创业教育反思--基于“立德树人”的视角

摘　　要：高校创业教育与高校思想政治教育有着天然的内在契合度和目标一致性。创业教育是增强高校思想政治教育工作实效性的有效途径。让创业教育融入“思政元素”,将“思政课程”向“课程思政”转变是高校思想政治教育工作的新要求。目前我国高校对社会主义道德伦理嵌入创业教育的重视程度尚显不够,高校创业教育面临着传统商业伦理观念冲突、创业教育功利化倾向等现实挑战,应充分结合本土经验,细化立德树人观念引领下高校思想政治工作的推进路径。Entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be intrinsic fit and reflects the shared goals mutually.Entrepreneurship education is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Integrating"ideological and political elements"into entrepreneurship education and transforming"only ideological and political courses"to"implementing ideological and political education in all courses"are the new requirements o£ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At present,colleges and universities in China downplay the embedding of the morality and ethics of socialism into entrepreneurship education,which leads to the practical challenges of ethics conflicts in traditional business,utilitarianism tendency of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.In order to avoid this phenomenon,we should refine the path of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the guidance of the concept of"fostering virtue"with local experience fully.
