紫苏提取物对两种病原菌的抑制效果

摘　　要：分别采用蒸馏水、95%乙醇浸提两个品种(M84、M478)的紫苏,获得4种提取物。用菌丝生长速率法、稀释平板法测定提取物抑制植物病原真菌胶孢炭疽菌、尖孢镰刀菌的活性。结果表明,4种紫苏提取物对胶孢炭疽菌和尖孢镰刀菌的抑制率均与浓度呈正相关;抑菌强弱排序为紫苏M84水提物>M478水提物>M478醇提物>M84醇提物;4种提取物对胶孢炭疽菌的抑制效果强于尖孢镰刀菌。We obtained four different perilla extracts from perilla M84 and M478 using distilled water and 95% ethanol,then studied the inhibitory effect of the perilla extracts against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium oxysporum.The antifungal activities of the extracts were determined by the mycelium growth rate method and dilution plating method.The results showed that the inhibitory rates of four perilla extracts on C. gloeosporioides and F. oxysporum were positively correlated with their concentrations, and the order of inhibition was perilla M84 water extract > perilla M478 ethanol extract > perilla M84 ethanol extract. The sensitivity of C. gloeosporioides to four kinds of perilla extract was higher than that of F. oxysporum.
