摘　　要：水母是海洋中一类数量庞大的生物资源,具有重要的食用和药用价值,含有多种生物活性成分,糖类是其重要活性成分之一,具有非常好的开发前景。目前对水母中糖类成分的研究已引起广大研究者的关注,本文概述了水母中多糖及糖复合物的提取方法、纯化方法、组成及结构特征和生物活性的研究进展,旨在为进一步对其开展更广泛、更深入研究奠定基础,也为水母糖类成分的开发和利用提供参考。Jellyfish is one of the richest marine biological resources with both edible and medicinal value, and contains a variety of bioactive components. Saccharide is one of the important active components in jellyfish and has a very good development prospect. At present, the research on saccharides in jellyfish has attracted the attention of many researchers. In this paper, the extraction methods, purification methods, composition,structural characteristics and biological activities of polysaccharides and glycoconjugates in jellyfish are summarized, which aims to lay a foundation for further research and provide a reference for the development and utilization of saccharides in jellyfish.
