摘　　要：阐述配电带电作业的全过程安全管理特点,应对措施,包括科学编制作业工作规定、完善全过程安全管理机制、提高作业能力和绝缘保障。This paper expounds the characteristics and Countermeasures of the whole process safety management of power distribution live line operation, including scientifically compiling operation regulations, perfecting the whole process safety management mechanism, improving operation capacity and insulation guarantee.
