摘  要:脂肪肝类疾病不仅危害人类健康,也严重影响畜禽养殖经济效益。据统计中国成年人的脂肪肝患病率介于12.5%与35.4%之间;同时,脂肪肝综合征在蛋鸡产蛋高峰期和反刍动物围产期较为常见,给养殖业造成一定的经济损失。脂肪肝的发展阶段可分为简单的脂肪变性、脂肪肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌。作为一种异质性疾病,脂肪肝不同阶段之间的演变过程和具体的发病机理尚未研究清晰。研究者从体内、体外利用不同方式构建脂肪肝模型以研究其发病机制,寻找预防和治疗的方法。该文主要从日粮诱导、基因编辑、药物干预、混合诱导等方面概述了常见的体内、外脂肪肝模型构建方式,并在模型构建方法、周期、症状等方面进行了对比,以期为脂肪肝相关疾病的研究提供参考。Fatty liver diseases not only endanger human health,but also seriously affect the economic benefits of livestock and poultry breeding.It was reported that the prevalence of fatty liver in China is between 12.5%and 35.4%.In the meantime,fatty liver syndrome is common in the laying period of layers and the perinatal period of ruminants,bringing about certain economic losses to animal husbandry.The development stages of fatty liver can be divided into simple steatosis,steatosis,cirrhosis and liver cancer.As a heterogeneous disease,the evolution and pathogenesis of fatty liver at different stages have not been clearly clarified.Researchers have constructed fatty liver models in different ways in vivo and in vitro to study the pathogenesis and prevention strategies.This paper summarizes the common methods of constructing fatty liver models in vitro and in vivo from the aspects of diet induction,gene editing,drug intervention and mixed induction.In addition,it compares the model construction methods,trials periods and animal symptoms,aiming to provide basic reference for studying fatty liver related diseases.
