摘 要:针对农村地区红薯淀粉生产加工过程中所产生的生产废水排放量大、污染物浓度高、处理达标率低等特点。开展淀粉废水中蛋白等有用组分的无害资源化利用。以生物絮凝和资源化为主要处理方法,通过单因素试验,对传统化学絮凝剂和生物絮凝剂处理效果进行对比研究,得出生物絮凝剂絮凝处理红薯淀粉废水具有明显的优势,在此基础上分析壳聚糖投加量对蛋白质回收率的影响;以期为类似淀粉类废水处理提供新思路。Aiming at the characteristics of large discharge of production wastewater,high pollutant concentration,low treatment compliance rate and the like generated in the production and processing process of sweet potato starch in rural areas.Taking flocculation treatment and recycling as main treatment methods,through single factor experiments,the treatment effects of traditional chemical flocculant and biological flocculant were compared and studied,and it was concluded that biological flocculant had obvious advantages in flocculation treatment of sweet potato starch wastewater,on the basis of which chitosan with better flocculation effect was selected for orthogonal experiments.Finally,the paper puts forward the direction of resource utilization of flocculated sediment.
