摘　　要：针对M炼油化工企业气体分馏装置脱戊烷塔底系统结焦问题,基于脱戊烷塔底结焦物组成化验分析,系统分析了脱戊烷塔底结焦形成的原因,提出了有效的应对措施和解决方案,保证了装置的长周期运行。Aiming at the coking problem of depentane tower bottom system in gas fractionation unit of M refinery and chemical enterprise,based on the analysis of the composition of the coking material at the bottom of depentane tower,the reasons for the formation of depentane tower bottom coking were systematically analyzed,and effective countermeasures and solutions were put forward to ensure the long period operation of the unit.
