摘  要:目的:通过参加中国检验检疫科学研究院测试评价中心组织ACAS-PT1091食品中克罗诺杆菌属检测能力验证项目,提升实验室内部检测克罗诺杆菌属的时效性和准确性。方法:将国标法(GB 4789.40-2016)结合VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定系统进行检测,同时采用BAX system Q7病原微生物快速检测系统分别进行分析。结果:样品21-M262和21-N690均检出克罗诺杆菌属,21-N690样品中含有干扰菌大肠埃希氏菌,样品21-M262中含有干扰菌弗氏柠檬酸杆菌和大肠埃希氏菌,检测结果均满意。结论:两种检测方法结果一致,BAX System Q7病原微生物快速检测方法相比国标法更加便捷和灵敏,两种方法交互验证,效率更快、准确度更高。Objective:To improve the timeliness and accuracy of the internal detection of Cronobacter spp.in the laboratory by participating in the testing and evaluation center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine,organized by the ACAS-PT1091 proficiency testing project for the detection of Cronobacter spp.in food.Methods:The national standard method(GB 4789.40-2016) was combined with the VITEK 2 Compact automatic microorganism identification system for detection,and the BAX system Q7 rapid detection system for pathogenic microorganisms was used for analysis respectively.Results:Both samples 21-M262 and 21-N690 were detected with Cronobacter spp.The 21-N690 sample contained the interfering bacteria Escherichia coli,and the sample 21-M262 contained the interfering bacteria Citrobacter freundii and Escherichia coli bacteria,and the test results were satisfactory.Conclusion:The results of the two detection methods are consistent.The BAX System Q7 rapid detection method for pathogenic microorganisms is more convenient and sensitive than the national standard method.The two methods are cross-validated,with faster efficiency and higher accuracy.
