摘 要:液-液萃取作为一种典型的传质分离过程,是化工原理课程的重要学习内容,其中多级萃取教学过程中多基于图解方法进行萃取过程的分析,存在一定不足。本文提出在该教学环节中引入PRO/II流程模拟软件辅助教学,提升学生的学习兴趣,提高课程的实践性。本文以三氯乙烷为萃取剂从丙酮水溶液提取丙酮为例,基于PRO/II流程模拟软件,考察萃取模式、进料组成、进料温度、萃取剂用量对萃取分离效果的影响。通过对模拟结果的分析总结,学生能够更好地掌握萃取分离的知识,深化对传质分离过程的理解;此外,熟练掌握PRO/II软件的应用,对后续课程的学习也将奠定坚实的基础。As a typical mass transfer separation process,liquid-liquid extraction is an important learning content of chemical engineering principle course.In the teaching process of multistage extraction,the extraction process is mostly analyzed based on graphical method,which has some shortcomings.This paper proposes to introduce Pro/II process simulation software to assist teaching in this teaching link,so as to enhance students’ interest in learning and improve the practicality of the course.Taking trichloroethane as extractant to extract acetone from acetone aqueous solution as an example,based on Pro/II process simulation software,the effects of extraction mode,feed composition,feed temperature and extractant dosage on extraction and separation were investigated.By analyzing and summarizing the simulation results,students can better master the knowledge of extraction separation and deepen their understanding of mass transfer separation process;In addition,mastering the application of Pro/II software will also lay a solid foundation for the study of subsequent courses.
