摘 要:目的:研究过氧化物还原酶4(PRDX4)在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织(OSCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学检测108例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中PRDX4及E-cad、Vim的表达情况。分析其与病理特征、预后的关系及可能的致病机制。结果:PRDX4在口腔鳞癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.001),其表达与患者生存时间(P=0.002)、淋巴结转移(P=0.003)、神经侵犯(P=0.024)及分化程度(P<0.001)显著相关;PRDX4与E-cad表达成负相关(r=-0.327,P=0.001),与Vim表达成正相关(r=0.313,P=0.001)。结论:PRDX4可能参与OSCC的发生发展,且与不良的预后存在密切关系,其机制可能与上皮间质转化相关。Objective:To study the expression of peroxiredoxin 4(PRDX4)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)tissues.Me-thods:The PRDX4 expression of 108 cases of OSCC tissue and adjacent normal tissues was examined by immunohistochemical assay.Its corralation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of OSCC,its potential mechanism in the develompment of OSCC were analyzed.Results:The expression of PRDX4 in OSCC was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.001).The expression of PRDX4 was significantly correlated with patient survival time(P=0.002),lymph node metastasis(P=0.003),nerve invasion(P=0.024)and the grades of tumor cell differentiation(P<0.001).The expression of PRDX4 was negatively correlated with expression intensity of E-cadand(r=-0.327,P=0.001)and positively correlated with expression intensity of Vimentin(r=0.313,P=0.001).Conclusion:PRDX4 may be involved in the development of OSCC and is closely related to the degree of tumor cell differentiation,lymph node metastasis and poor prognosis,and its mechanism may be related to epithelial mesenchymal transition.
