摘　　要：目的:探讨自闭症(ASD)儿童行全麻下口腔手术的全程管理方法及效果。方法:从护理评估、麻醉安全、术中安全与管理、术后护理与随访等4个方面对15例行全麻下口腔手术的自闭症儿童进行全程护理管理,分析全麻下口腔治疗围术期护理管理的效果与特点,提出可行的临床实施策略。结果:对15例ASD儿童家长问卷调查结果显示术前和术中管理非常满意,均为15/15,术后护理与随访非常满意为14/15,满意为1/15,无1例发生术后并发症。结论:建立完善的自闭症儿童口腔诊疗空间、专业化团队、系统规范的准入制度与护理管理策略,是保证全麻下口腔治疗成功的前提保障。Objective:To explore the approach and effects of whole process management for children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)receiving oral surgery under general anesthesia.Methods:Data of 15 ASD children who received oral surgery under general anesthesia were included.The nursing procedure,anesthesia safety,intraoperation management,and postoperative nursing and follow-up were evaluated.The characteristics and the effects of whole-process perioperative nursing management of oral treatment under general anesthesia were analyzed and summarized to put forward a feasible clinical management strategy.Results:Questinaire investigation showed that 15/15 parents were very satisfied for the pre-and in the aneasthesia and operation,14/15 were very satisfied and 1/15 was satisfied for the post-treatment and follow-up.No postoperative complication was observed.Conclusion:Well-prepared medical environments,professionalized medical team,systematic and standardized access systems and nursing management strategies for ASD pediatric are the premise and guarantee for the success of oral treatment under general anesthesia.
