摘　　要：釉质发育不全是由于成釉器的某些功能障碍,釉质形成和矿化发生紊乱而导致的釉质结构异常。一些全身性疾患会引起牙釉质发育不全。该文报道儿童牙釉质发育不全伴I型肾小管酸中毒病例1例。Enamel hypoplasia is an abnormal structure of enamel during the formation and enamel mineralization due to some dysfunction of enamel organ.Some systemic diseases can cause enamel hypoplasia.A case of complete enamel hypoplasia with type I renal tubular acidosis in a child is reported in this paper.
