摘  要:发动机粉末锻造连杆能够有效降低碳排放。双碳背景下,减碳至零碳技术是未来技术发展的方向。本文基于实际工程应用,从轻量化出发,研究论证粉末锻造连杆技术的设计、应用。通过实际零部件设计开发、样件试制及试验验证,对粉末锻造连杆设计开发重难点进行了总结探讨。Carbon neutralization policy has penetrated into all walks of life of economic development. The goal of carbon neutralization in the whole life cycle of the engine industry has been very clear. The application of Powder forging connecting rod conforms to the vision of carbon neutralization, which can realize the lightweight of engine connecting rod, and then realize the lightweight of engine moving parts system;At the same time, it can greatly reduce the carbon emission in the production process. Based on Powder forging materials, this paper completes lightweight design from practical engineering application, and studies and demonstrates the design and application of Powder forging connecting rod technology. Completed the design and development of powder forged connecting rod, sample trial production and test verification, summarized and discussed the difficulties and application prospects of the design and development of powder forged connecting rod.
