液基细胞技术对于宫颈病变诊断效果影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈病变诊断中应用液基细胞技术的临床优势及价值作用。方法抽取2020年1月至2021年1月期间实施液基细胞技术检测的100例宫颈病变患者,对比活检结果。结果本研究中,以组织活检为金标准,诊断为炎症的患者总计10例;诊断为CIN的患者总计有15例,其中Ⅰ级总计有7例,Ⅱ级总计有5例,Ⅲ级总计有3例。以组织活检为“金标准”,ASC-US、ASC-HS、LSIL、HSIL、SCC诊断符合率与活检结果无差异(P>0.05)。结论液基细胞学对于宫颈癌前病变的早期筛查诊断具有重要价值。Objective To explore the clinical advantages and value of liquid-based cell technology in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Methods 100 patients with cervical lesions were selected from January 2020 to January 2021,Contrast biopsy results.Results In this study,With biopsy as the gold standard,A total of 10 patients diagnosed with inflammation;A total of 15 patients diagnosed as CIN,There were 7 cases in class I,There were 5 cases in classⅡ,There were 3 cases in gradeⅢ.With biopsy as the gold standard,There was no difference between ASC-US,ASC-HS,LSIL,HSIL,SCC diagnostic coincidence rate and biopsy results(P>0.05).Conclusion Liquid-based cytology is important for early screening and diagnosis of precancerous lesions.
