五运六气与湿热体质的相关性探讨

摘　　要：五运六气是中医基础理论中的重要组成部分,运与气在不同时间的变化不仅影响着出生生命的状态,也在不同的年份对生命状态有相应影响。湿热体质是王琦九体学说中的一种偏颇体质,以湿热内蕴为主要特征。文章归纳近年来各学者通过临床、书籍等研究得出的湿热体质相关疾病与五运六气之间的关系,总结五运六气与湿热体质的相关性。出生、发病岁运中的土运太过与不及、木运太过与不及、金运太过与不及等均可能成为湿热体质形成的原因,司天在泉为少阴君火、太阴湿土、阳明燥金、厥阴风木以及少阳相火的年份也可能与湿热体质的形成有关。五运六气可在一定程度上影响人的体质及发病倾向。Five movements and six qi is an important part of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The changes of yun and qi in different time not only affect the state of a person at birth,but also have corresponding influence on the state of human body in different years.Damp-heat constitution is a biased constitution in WANG Qi’s nine kinds of constitution theory,which is characterized by the internal accumulation of dampness and heat.This paper summarizes the relationship between the diseases related to damp-heat constitution and the five movements and six qi,which are concluded by the scholars through clinical and book studies in recent years,and summarizes the correlation between the five movements and six qi and the dampheat constitution.In the five movements and six qi of the birth time and the year evolutive phase,carth excess,carth insufficiency,wood insufficiency,wood excess,metal excess,metal insufficiency all may become the postnatal environment of the formation of damp-heat constitution.When Si Tian and Zai Quan was Shaoyin Junhuo,Taiyin Shitu,Yangming Zaojin,Jueyin Fengmu and Shaoyang Xianghuo were also related to the formation of damp-heat constitution.Five movements and six qi can affect people’s constitution and disease tendency to a certain extent.
